Honestly there is nothing better than taking photos of people I care about, and so even though I knew them for 7 days, I was so honored to photograph Leo and Luca. These boys have two older sisters (and an older brother) and it was amazing how at such a young age, one looked like one sister and the other, like the other sister. Leo and Luca had TERRIBLE reflux (even at 7 days) and so it did take us two separate “sessions” to get all the images we wanted. Aren’t they soooo sweet??
One year old Madyn was such a doll at her first birthday session! Madyn was a Watch Me Grow Baby Plan member and I had such a blast watching her grow! She is such a happy smiley girl and every time she came to visit we just played and had fun. Thanks Madyn!!
There is something about the first day of school that makes me really really look at my kids. It really is amazing how much they change in just a year. It’s also amazing to me what experiences my girls have had at just 7 years old, all that are continuing to shape who they are today. I am so grateful for their fantastic school and for great teachers and friends. And while it was hard to see them have their first hurt feelings with friends, I can see how that makes them more kind and empathetic. Both girls also had the chance last year to experience being part of a competitive team; it was hard work, but they both loved it. When you are on a competition team, there is chance for great reward, but also great risk, and I worried about how they would respond to disappointment. But my girls have proved to me that they are strong, dedicated, and determined . While they are already super emotional little things, they never fail to get up and try again. Looking at these photos, seeing the physical changes in their faces, I recognize that God will use both the good and bad things to change them for the better. I am so proud of the girls they are now and the young ladies they will become!! Although, let’s not talk about the growing up part….;) Have a great year in second grade girls!!!

The much anticipated Fall Mini Session dates are now available and are sure to fill quickly!! Be sure to read the fine print to decide if a mini session is right for you!!!
• 20-min session – Sessions will be scheduled every 30 minutes from 3-6 pm on Saturday, October 5th (rain date Oct 6th) at Canoe Creek State Park, Hollidaysburg, PA. The session can be children or family (immediate family only). No clothing changes are permitted.
• 10-12 edited images for viewing – Approximately 2-3 weeks after your session, a gallery of the best 10-12 images (fully edited) will be presented in a private online gallery.
• 5 Digital Files (on flash drive) – Clients will choose their favorite 5 images from their gallery. Clients who wish to add ALL of the images from their gallery may choose to do so for an additional $100
• 25 Press Printed Cards – Clients will also choose images to create a custom designed holiday card. Additional sets of cards may be purchased for $45 per set. (5×7 sized flat cards, includes envelopes.)
The complete line of prints, canvases, and other products will also be available for purchase (although NO additional purchases are required.)
The cost for the mini-session is $250 (this is a $500 value!!) PA sales tax will be added to the mini-session fee. The session fee is non-refundable (but is transferable) and due at the time of booking. You may choose to pick up your flash drive and cards at the studio free of charge, or to have them shipped to you for a flat rate of $5.

I love sharing photos of sessions with friends – the N. family is near and dear to me. These girls are so so sweet – kind, loving, and just so fun. I have loved watching each of them grow over the last 5 years!!!
